If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from BetterDoor, you can return your purchase for a full refund (minus the original cost of shipping) within 60 days of purchase*. The product must be returned in the original packaging, in like-new condition with all parts included.
In order to process your return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Products to be returned
- Reason for Return
- Please include a photograph of the product if you believe you have received the incorrect product or it is damaged.
Once an email is received, we will send you a return shipping label for you to ship back the product to us. Returned products are subject to inspection prior to issuing a credit.
*Some products must be returned in less than 60 days:
- Routing Template – must email us within 30 days
- Custom Products – cannot be returned
We do our best to process order as quickly as possible, which is generally within 48 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours to process the cancellation. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, you will need to follow the return policy as outlined above.
